  • Revive Healthkart offers products for sale, rent, or repair, including medical equipment and supplies.
  • Our services are tailored to serve the residents of Nashik and surrounding areas.
  • By placing an order or renting equipment, you confirm that you are of legal age and capable of entering into binding agreements.

Product and Service Availability

  • Product Availability: All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without notice.
  • Rental Services: Rental equipment is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Terms of use, deposit amounts, and rental duration will be communicated upon request.
  • Repair Services: Repair timelines depend on the complexity of the issue. We aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible while ensuring quality.

Orders and Payments

  • Orders can be placed:
    • Offline at our showroom.
    • Via phone or WhatsApp.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfers, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of order.
  • Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment (if applicable) and acknowledgment from our team.

Pricing and Charges

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Taxes, delivery charges, or additional fees (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of order.
  • For rentals, security deposits and late fees (if applicable) will be clearly outlined in the rental agreement.

Delivery and Returns

  • Delivery:
    • Products will be delivered within the Nashik area as per the agreed schedule.
    • Delivery charges may apply based on distance and order value.
  • Returns and Exchanges:
    • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items and must be reported within 1 hour of delivery.
    • No returns are allowed for items purchased in person after inspection at the showroom.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 90 working days.

Use of Rental Equipment

  • Rental equipment must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition as issued.
  • Any damage, loss, or late return will incur additional charges, which will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.
  • Rental terms and conditions, including responsibilities and penalties, will be shared with customers before finalizing the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

  • Revive Healthkart is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the misuse of products or rental equipment.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the proper use of medical equipment as per the guidelines provided.
  • In no event shall Revive Healthkart’s liability exceed the value of the product or service purchased or rented.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • By interacting with us, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Communication

  • You consent to receive communication from us via phone, WhatsApp, or other agreed-upon channels for updates regarding orders, rentals, or promotions.

  • Any disputes arising out of or related to our services will be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik.
